"WHAT ARE YOUR CONDITIONS FOR COVID-19?"

We are closely monitoring global developments and following the World Health Organization (WHO), Center for Disease Control (CDC), and U.S. Department of State for guidance.

2020 fall destinations are being closely monitored and all paid guests will be emailed two months prior if the trip needs to be postponed.

 

Any payments made for a trip that is postponed will roll over to the new trip date in 2021. When a trip is postponed, we take into consideration work/life schedules and communicate with all guests to determine the new date(s).

"WHICH AIRPORT DO I FLY INTO?"

You can find this information on the page of the trip that you're interested in attending.

"DO I NEED A PASSPORT/VISA?"

All of our trips require a passport. To know if you need a visa, please visit the government site of that specific country to be aware of entry requirements.

"WILL I HAVE TIME TO DO MY OWN EXPLORING?"

Yes of course! All of our trips will allow you to have time to explore. Usually we give 1-2 days of exploring depending on the trip.

"DO I NEED TRAVEL INSURANCE?"

It is highly recommended that you get travel insurance such as travel medical insurance and trip cancellation.

"CAN I COME SOLO?"

Yes of course! The majority of our guests come solo and meet brand new people. Everyone will also be added to a private group chat before the start of each trip.

"CAN I GET A REFUND IF I CHANGE MY MIND ABOUT ATTENDING?"

Because we book accommodation and activities ahead of time, all deposits are non-refundable. 

If you've made other payments after your deposit and you need to cancel your attendance, you have one week from when you made your payment to email us for a refund at hello@theladiesabroad.com.

"WHERE EXACTLY WILL WE BE STAYING?"

For privacy and security reasons, specific locations, such as addresses, will not be shared unless a deposit has been made.

"ARE PRIVATE ROOMS AVAILABLE?"

Yes, single rooms are available depending on each destination, but are at an extra cost.
