Here you will find a few of our frequently asked questions:

"WHAT AIRPORT DO I FLY INTO?"

Please view the trip overview for more information about airports. 

You can find this information on the page of the trip that you're interested in attending.

02/

"DO I NEED A PASSPORT/VISA?"

All of our trips require a passport. To know if you need a visa, please visit the government site of that specific country to be aware of entry requirements.

03/

"WILL I HAVE TIME TO DO MY OWN EXPLORING?"

Yes of course! All of our trips will allow you to have time to explore. Usually we give 1-2 days of exploring depending on the trip.

04/

"DO I NEED TRAVEL INSURANCE?"

It is highly recommended that you get travel insurance such as travel medical insurance and trip cancellation.

05/

"CAN I COME SOLO?"

Yes of course! You'll  also be added to a private IG/FB and WhatsApp group to get know the other travelers.

"CAN I GET A REFUND IF I CHANGE MY MIND ABOUT ATTENDING?"

Because we book accommodation and activities ahead of time, all deposits are non-refundable. 

If you made a deposit, you are more than welcome to use it towards another trip.

07/

"WHERE EXACTLY WILL WE BE STAYING?"

For privacy and security reasons, specific locations, such as addresses, will not be shared unless a deposit has been paid.

08/

"WHAT IS THE METHOD OF PAYMENT?"

Currently, we only accept payments via PayPal. PayPal is the safest way to do transactions. Also, after each payment you will receive an invoice for your records.
